Battery Recycling for Charity

Good for our Children and helping to protect the environment they will inherit.

We have reached a little mile stone with our Charity. Between our customers/battery donators & Security Distributors Australia Pty Ltd we have collectively raised over $10 000.00 to Perth Children’s Hospital Foundation, formerly Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation.

On the behalf of Security Distributors I would like to thank all our customers who have made the effort to drop off their old batteries to our offices.

How We Do It

We at Security Distributors sell the batteries to a recycling company who tell us that 98% of the battery gets recycled.  Great for the environment! In turn we match the amount received from the battery recycler and donate all the proceeds to Perth Children’s Hospital Foundation, formerly Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation.
